From the Aegean to America: Premium Turkish Organic Olive Oil for the US Market
The United States is the world's largest importer of olive oil — and one of its most discerning. American consumers have driven a remarkable transformation in the olive oil category: away from commodity blends and toward single-estate, traceable, certified organic oils with documented polyphenol content and genuine provenance.
At Benjamin's Gardens, we have been growing, pressing, and perfecting our olive oil on the sun-warmed hillsides of Türkiye's Aegean coast for generations. Today, we bring that tradition directly to the American market — with full FDA compliance, USDA Organic equivalent certification, and a commitment to quality that Whole Foods, Williams-Sonoma, and the most demanding American consumers will recognise immediately.
“Our olive trees are older than the United States. We simply have the privilege of tending them — and sharing their fruit with the world.”
— Benjamin's Gardens
The American Olive Oil Market: The Opportunity in Numbers

Our Groves
Our olive groves sit on the limestone hillsides of Türkiye's Karaburun Peninsula, overlooking the İzmir Gulf. Many of our trees are over 300 years old, farmed organically for generations. Our primary variety is the Memecik olive — the jewel of the Aegean. We also cultivate Ayalık olives, prized for their delicate, complex character.
