Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 5,000 litres for olive oil and 5,000 kg for table olives. For fresh produce (citrus, vegetables), MOQ is one 20ft reefer container (~18 MT). For exotic fruits, MOQ starts at 500 kg. For Timovac® and Timomix® supplements, please contact us directly for MOQ and pricing.

Do you offer private label packaging?

Yes. We offer full private label service including custom bottle/tin/blister design, label printing, and retail-ready packaging for EU, US, and GCC markets.

Can I request product samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We offer product samples for qualified buyers across all product categories. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp to arrange sample shipment.

Which countries do you export to?
