Do you offer samples before bulk orders?

Yes. We offer product samples for qualified buyers across all product categories. Sample shipping costs are typically covered by the buyer. Please mention your sample request when you contact us.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ varies by product: 5,000L for olive oil, 5,000 kg for table olives, one 20ft reefer container (~18 MT) for fresh produce. For supplements (Timovac®, Timomix®), please contact us for MOQ details.

Can you handle all export documentation?

Yes. We handle all standard export documentation including phytosanitary certificates, EUR.1 movement certificates, certificates of origin, commercial invoices, and packing lists. Additional documentation (e.g., FDA Prior Notice for US shipments) is also managed by our team.
